Australian Public Service census report

NOPSEMA participates in the Australian Public Service (APS) annual employee census which collects information on attitudes and opinions of employees on a voluntary basis. The results of the annual are presented to staff, whom are provided an opportunity to make suggestions on how to address any areas of concern. The feedback gathered from staff, along with the survey results, are used to inform the organisations activities focusing on celebrating, monitoring and actioning.
