Guidance on damage to safety critical equipment (dsce)

Following the circulation of a discussion paper that was provided to industry for comment, NOPSEMA has now issued a guidance note to provide a definition of safety-critical equipment and damage to safety-critical equipment so that operators are able to notify NOPSEMA consistently, as required by the OPGGS Act and safety regulations. The guidance is supplemented with specific examples that would, or would not be notifiable as DSCE.
