New guidance to assist offshore renewables proponents

The Australian Government has publicly released the Guideline: Offshore Electricity Infrastructure Licence Administration – Feasibility Licences. The guidance assists prospective licence holders, and other stakeholders, to understand the requirements and processes for feasibility licences under the Offshore Electricity Infrastructure Act 2021 and the Offshore Electricity Infrastructure Regulations 2022.
