NOPSEMA publishes Statement of Reasons for Barossa Development Drilling

NOPSEMA has published a Statement of Reasons for the Barossa Development Drilling and Completions Environment Plan (EP).

The EP was accepted by NOPSEMA on 14 March 2022 and provides for the titleholder to complete initial development drilling activities as described in the EP.

To date NOPSEMA has accepted an OPP, and EPs relating to trunkline installations and development drilling for the Barossa project.

Additional EPs will be required for further activities before production can begin.
